IEA Teachers’ Professional Development Program
The IEA teachers’ professional development program enables participating teachers to implement online collaborative projects in their classroom.
The program could be delivered face-to-face, online or in a blended mode.
Face-to-face courses are delivered upon request per school or for a minimum group of 10 teachers. The workshops title are:
- Introduction to online collaborative projects
- Integration of online project work and 21 Century skills in the national curriculum
- Specific online projects planning, implementation and evaluation
Online courses are delivered twice a year (in the Fall and the Spring)
- Integrating community service in your classroom, a Millennium Development Goal perspective
- Middle-school science through local and global environmental concerns
- Differentiated Learning for all students
- English in action
- Infusing technology in the classroom
